Completed an install of a Hager Fuseboard today. The circuits were all protected by RCBO’s and comprised mainly of power, lighting, security, shutter doors, macerators & IT servers.
The board itself was a Hager Design 10 40A RCD 16 Way Amendment 3 Metal Consumer Unit and was very easy to install, there was plenty of space without the lid closed, even with the incoming 2.5 twin and earth cables, 1.5 twin and earth cables, there was plenty of room to work and leave the wiring neat.

To finalise the board I labeled the circuits and closes the consumer unit to annoyingly realise I had a gap of about the width of a blank. Hager blanks can be snapped in half and used for spaces such as this. Well done Hager! #HagerGang
